REHOME REQUEST

Life can throw us all a curveball every now and then so it may become necessary to rehome your dog. Before making that difficult decision we ask that you please explore all other options first. Ask yourself, is it in the best interest of your dog? If your answer is no, then let us know how we can help you keep your dog. The mission of Butts Mutts is to help the homeless dogs within Butts County, so at this time rehome requests are also limited to Butts County residents.

Rehome Requirements

We have a few requirements if rehoming your dog is the last resort. You MUST provide the following information when emailing us for help. We do have not have our own facility so any rehome request will be required to stay with you until proper placement can be found.

**If your dog has a bite history we cannot assume that liability as a rescue. Please discuss your options with your vet or seek out a trainer for help.
