Butts Mutts is an all volunteer 501(c)3 Animal Rescue
We are run solely by volunteers in South Georgia! We are committed to reducing euthanasia by
dedicated rescue efforts & spay/neutering
programs and finding loving homes for our homeless animals in Jackson, GA
Our goal is to improve the quality of life of the people and animals in Butts County by speaking up for the voiceless, by providing education and resources to the community such as spay and neuter outreach, and creating a culture of responsible pet ownership.
Together we will make a difference - One Tail at a Time!
We do not have a facility! We rely on fosters!

Supporting our Community
Butts Mutts supports our local animal shelter and community by participating in local events to help bring awareness of our homeless pets! We participate in the Annual Christmas Parade, Blue Grass and Blue Birds Festival, Flovilla Days, Leadership 5K Glow Run, and Family Fall Festivals by showcasing our shelter dogs with colorful bandannas; encouraging folks to ask about them!

Adoptable Pets
Our puppies/dogs come from our shelter and occasional owner surrenders or as strays. Upon rescue our animals are fully vetted and we try to place as many as we can in foster homes where they learn how to live in a home environment. Our adoptable pets are featured on Adopt a Pet, Rescue Me, Petfinder, Butts Mutts Facebook, and Instagram. We include pics, bios and all pertinent information to help our dogs find their furever homes!
